With 40% of its students in fraternities and sororities, SIT’s community is open and welcoming to everyone. For students interested in events occurring off campus, SIT’s location is very advantageous. Located on the Hudson River across from New York City, students have the opportunity to visit one of the greatest cities in the nation. In NYC, students have the opportunity to go see a play on Broadway, visit the World Trade Center Memorial, or explore Times Square. SIT offers its students many opportunities to pass the time on and off campus.
